Run the server yourself
Docker or a Windows installer. Directory and signatures stay in your network, and the license does not need a connection to us.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
The same portal, rules and templates. One installation uses one directory.
AI assistant, human final approval
Through MCP an AI can prepare or change a signature, but publishing is always confirmed by a person in the portal.
Made in Slovenia (EU)
Support in Slovenian, from a vendor you can reach in your own language and time zone.
Cloud on request
If you do not want to run the server, we host it, on a server in Germany (EU). We agree on it personally.

When to choose someone else
We are not for everyone. Trust beats selling.
SignetMail is a good choice if
- you have up to 50 users and do not want to pay per seat,
- you want data and server to stay with you,
- you use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and want one tool,
- e-mail support is enough for you,
- you prefer a Slovenian vendor and support in Slovenian.
Someone else may be better if
- you want a product with a long history and many references (we are new),
- you want to maintain nothing and prefer a large established vendor.
